Three Seed Crusted Chicken with VeggiesBy LaKisha BrooksJuly 22, 2018Recipes0 Comments Flax Seed Crusted Chicken with Veggies Ingredients: -1 egg white for egg wash -1/2 cup of chia/flax and hemp seed -8 oz. of chicken breast -Mrs. Dash and garlic powder for taste -1/2 cut of carrots and asparagus cut -Sea salt Directions: -Mix Mrs. Dash and garlic powder with seeds -Dip chicken in egg wash; make sure to cover the entire chicken -Take egg wash chicken and dip and cover with seasoning and seed mixture -Bake on 385 degrees for 20 mins. Flip on each side halfway through cooking. -While chicken is cooking, cook carrots and asparagus, season with Mrs. Dash, sea salt and garlic -Enjoy!
